<br />#¨³¸ ®¥ 3 ­³  !­  3¤¢³¨®­ ΘȀ -®­¨³®±¨­¦Ǿ -¤ ²´±¤¬¤­³  ­£ 0±®¦± ¬ -®£¨¥¨¢ ³¨®­² <br /> <br />The City identifies all food preparation and service locations within the city limits as part of its monitoring and <br />surveillance program. <br /> the <br /> Inspectors as well as the FOG control consultant in accordance with the FOG Control Program <br />Manual. <br /> <br />In order to monitor the implementation and measure the effectiveness of the SSMP, the City tracks several <br />performance indicators, including: <br /> <br /> Number and location of spills over the past 12 months, distinguishing between dry weather spills and <br />wet weather spills; <br /> <br /> Volume distribution of spills (e.g. number of spills < 100 gallons, 100 to 999 gallons, 1,000 to 9,999 <br />gallons, > 10,000 gallons); <br /> <br /> Number of gravity grease interceptors inspected over the past 12 months; <br /> <br /> Miles of gravity mains cleaned over the past 12 months; <br /> <br />The SSMP and its elements will be updated in accordance with the results of the monitoring described above. <br />To date, revisions have been made to the FOG Control Program Manual as well as the Sewer Spill Procedures. <br /> <br />Θȁΐ Supporting Documents <br />The following documents allow the City to comply with the Monitoring, Measurement, and Program <br />Modifications requirements of the WDR, and are attached as appendices. <br /> <br /> Video Inspection Log and Inspection Report, Appendix I. <br /> <br />2025 ΘȃΑ <br /> <br />
