For tasks <br />identified as hourly labor, Iron Mountain will perform and invoice firm fixed-priced labor tasks at the total rate <br />for the completed task irrespective of actual labor hours incurred to perform the completed task. <br /> <br />☒ Taxes: <br />Customer will be invoiced and will pay all sales, use, property, ad valorem, value added, or similar taxes <br />imposed as a result of the services, except for any corporate business taxes, franchise taxes, taxes based <br />on Iron Mountain’s income and/or gross receipts, withholding taxes, and personnel-related taxes.
