<br />Deliverables: <br />Update Santa Ana Vision Zero Plan document reflecting the incorporation of five <br />additional corridors/street segments and two non-priority corridors/street segments. <br />Update shall include but not limited to: Update all maps, tables, exhibits, charts/graphs, <br />appendices, etc. related to the addition of the five new corridors/street segments and the <br />two new non-priority corridors/street segments and include new language, concept <br />plans/drawings, recommendations, and any relevant information. <br />Detailed corridor/street segment assessments, including data analysis, cost <br />estimates, community input summaries, and traffic safety strategy <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />Implementation plan with timelines, responsibilities, and budget estimates. <br />Timeline: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Phase 1: Review and Assessment - 2 months <br />Phase 2: Corridor Selection and Stakeholder Engagement - 4 months <br />Phase 3: Strategy Development and Plan Formulation - 3 months <br />Phase 4: Implementation Planning - 3 months <br />Phase 5: Monitoring and Evaluation Framework - Ongoing <br />Summary of Products: The required products, which are to be delivered to the Traffic Engineering <br />section of the City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency, shall be as follows: <br />1. All data collection information for each corridor/street segment <br />2. The draft SAVZ Plan Update report. (electronic) <br />3. The final SAVZ Plan Update report. (10 hard copies, one electronic) <br />All written reports, information, data, charts, tables, maps, cost estimates, CAD drawings files, etc. <br />in electronic format acceptable to the City of Santa Ana. <br />Schedule: This project is a high priority project for the City of Santa Ana, Public Works Agency. As <br />a result, the SAVZ Plan Update has a very aggressive schedule. 9-12 months from the date Notice <br />to Proceed (NTP) is issued. <br />Approval and Review: This Scope of Work will undergo review and approval by the City Project <br />Manager | Traffic Engineering Department to ensure alignment with broader City goals and <br />objectives before implementation begins. <br />Note: Adjustments to the scope, timeline, and budget may be necessary based on further <br />discussions and findings during the initial phases of the project.
