HRCA Nos. 2004-02, 2004-03 and 2004-05 <br />ZC Nos. 2004-02, 2004-03 and 2004-05 <br />ty 6, 2004 <br />Page 2 <br />Analysis of the Tssuep <br />The structures identified meet the minimum selection criteria for <br />inclusion on the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties pursuant to <br />criteria contained in Section 30-2 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. The <br />first benchmark for selection requires that structures be 50 or more <br />years old. The Taylor- <br />Gustlin House built circa 1908, qualifies for listing in the <br />Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties for its <br />exemplification of Classic Box variant of the Colonial Revival <br />architectural style. The stylistic signatures noted in this <br />structure include a rectangular building plan; hipped roof; <br />porches as focal point; classical elements such as columns; and <br />double -hung slash with multiple lights. Additionally, the two- <br />story structure is eligible to be categorized as Landmark for its <br />unique architectural significance as illustrated by its bellcast, <br />hipped roof; garved brackets in the eaves, a front gabled dormer <br />
