ARTICLE VIII <br />8.0 OVERTIME <br />8.1 Compensation for Overtime. Employees in any of the designated classes of employment <br />listed in this MOU are not eligible for monetary compensation for overtime work or for <br />compensatory time off with pay for overtime work, unless so required by the Fair Labor <br />Standards Act, or any other State or Federal laws. <br />21 <br />
