Procedure. <br />Upon receipt of a valid request for donations from an eligible employee, the Police <br />Chief or their designee shall post a notice of the eligible employee's need for <br />donations on bulletin boards accessible to employees. No confidential medical <br />information shall be included in the posted notice. <br />Employees wishing to donate time to an eligible employee must sign their <br />authorization of the transfer of such donated time and provide: <br />1. Their name, department name, and employee number. <br />2. The number of hours of compensatory or vacation time of the <br />donation within the limitations of Section 11.11(A)(3). <br />3. The name, department, and employee number of the recipient. <br />4. A statement indicating that the donor understands such donation of <br />time is irrevocable. <br />36 <br />
