ARTICLE XV <br />15.0 TECHNOLOGY STIPEND <br />15.1 The City shall provide a one hundred dollar ($100) per month Electronic Device Stipend <br />("Stipend") for those Association employees whose positions require the regular use of a cell <br />phone and/or tablet and who choose to use their own personal devices for business -related <br />conversations and activities. These employees may be eligible to receive a Stipend to <br />compensate for business -related costs incurred while using their individually -owned <br />electronic devices. Eligibility for the stipend requires the employee to return to the City any <br />City issued electronic device(s) for which the employee will be substituting their personal <br />device. <br />45 <br />
