v <br />DEFAULTS, SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, AND AMENDMENTS <br />§501. Defaults <br />Should SUB-RECIPIENT fail for any reason to comply with the contractual <br />obligations of this Agreement within the time specified by this Agreement, the <br />CITY reserves the right to terminate the Agreement, reserving all rights under <br />state and federal law. <br />§502. Amendments <br />Any change in the terms of this Agreement, including changes in the services to be <br />performed by SUB-RECIPIENT and any increase or decrease in the amount of <br />compensation which are agreed to by the CITY and SUB-RECIPIENT shall be <br />incorporated into this Agreement by a written amendment properly executed and <br />signed by the person authorized to bind the parties thereto. <br />SUB-RECIPIENT agrees to comply with all future CITY directives, or any rules, <br />amendments or requirements promulgated by the CITY affecting this <br />Agreement. <br />21
