Vl <br />ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />§601. Complete Aqreement <br />This Agreement contains the full and complete Agreement between the two <br />parties. Neither verbal agreement nor conversation with any officer or employee <br />of either party shall affect or modify any of the terms and conditions of this <br />Agreement. <br />§602. Number of Paqes and Attachments <br />This Agreement is executed as one original. This Agreement includes twenty- <br />three (23) pages and five (5) Exhibits which constitute the entire understanding <br />and agreement of the parties. <br />22
