This includes review of City-developed information and education materials and identification <br /> of the most effective methods of information distribution for Santa Ana voters. <br /> The Consultant will assist with developing strategies and plans to inform and engage key internal <br /> stakeholder groups and influential external groups including elected leaders, business leaders, City <br /> leaders, community leaders, taxpayer groups, and others. <br />
