Greenleaf Street) <br />September 23, 2025 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br /> <br />Public Notification <br /> <br />The project site was posted with a notice advertising this public hearing, a notice was <br />published in the Orange County Reporter and mailed notices were sent to all prop erty <br />owners within 500 feet of the project site. In addition, staff contacted the Floral Park <br />Neighborhood Association to ensure they were aware of the project and public hearing. <br />At the time of this printing, no correspondence, either written or electroni c, had been <br />received from any members of the public. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the recommended action is <br />exempt from further review pursuant to Section 15331 of the CEQA Guidelines (Class 31 <br />– Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation) as this action is designed in a manner <br />consistent with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards.
