A. Reuter <br /> This home has undergone many changes since its original construction in 1919: the addition <br />of a covered and arched porch, it has had a re-application of stucco and a window change-out. <br />The home was originally a small bungalow. Historically, this parcel included an adjacent lot <br />owned by Jack Taylor who maintained a home down the street. In order to secure the property <br />and show improvements, he built a small shed on the lot in December of 1922. This lot was later <br />subdivided between 334 and 342. <br /> <br /> 7. 335 / 337 W 18th St. APN: 002-152-17 Contributive 1924 <br />Architect / Builder: Unknown Original Owner: J. Edmund Snow <br /> This one-story frame and stucco bungalow have had a re-application of stucco on its exterior, <br />but it retains its correct windows and has had minimal changes performed to its front viewing <br />corridor. A front security door and bars have been added to one of the porch windows. The front <br />bay window on the western portion of the home retains its original fenestration. 337 W. 18th is <br />located on the eastern portion of the property. <br /> <br /> 8. 339 W 18th St. APN: 002-152-18 Non-Contributive 1922 <br />Architect / Builder: Unknown Original Owner: L. G. Peak <br /> This one-story frame and stucco residence on the corner of 19th and Jefferson is a bungalow <br />in the Craftsman Style and exhibits its original windows and cross-gabled roofline. The exterior <br />of the home has been stuccoed over the original wood cladding. A security door has been added. <br /> <br /> 9. 342 W. 18th Street APN: 002-153-09 Contributive 1921 <br />Architect / Builder: Unknown Original Owners: John J. Hagen <br /> This example of a craftsman bungalow was built in 1921 and retains many of its original <br />features, including its windows throughout. The clapboard exterior has been retained. The roof is <br />gabled at the front and shingled. This building has seen little to no changes from its original <br />condition on any viewing corridor. <br /> <br />West 19th Street <br /> <br /> 10. 310 W 19th APN: 002-152-01 Contributive 1938 <br />Architect / Builder: Jasper Farney Original Owner: Frederick L. Chase <br /> This frame and stucco minimal-traditional bungalow with eclectic elements was built in <br />1938. The building exhibits its original windows, a hipped roof, and a decorative chimney on its <br />front elevation. The home has been maintained and has had no major changes performed to its <br />exterior except paint.
