The home is <br />front gabled with an asymmetrical front porch gable. Although constructed prior to the period of <br />significance, the home is largely unchanged from its original design or construction and <br />contributes to the broad pattern of development. Folkenberg <br /> This home has undergone extensive changes to its front elevation and is not contributive to <br />the historic district. <br /> <br /> 3. 327 W 18th St. APN: 002-153-06 Contributive 1920 <br />Architecture and Builder: Unknown Original Owner: Albert L. Paul <br /> This is a Craftsman style bungalow largely unchanged front elevation, with improvements in <br />line with preservation. The home has undergone alterations in its history but the majority of <br />these do not affect the front or visible side elevations; they were additions of living space. The <br />home is of frame and stucco construction with clapboard cladding on the entire exterior of the <br />home. Modifications have been performed with historic integrity in mind. The building is frame <br />and stucco, cross gabled, and it retains some of its original windows. <br /> <br /> 4. 330 W 18th St. APN: 002-153-07 Contributive 1921 <br />Architecture and Builder: Unknown Original Owner: Merrill M Ford <br /> This is a Craftsman style bungalow largely unchanged front elevation, apart from a window <br />change-out. Any improvements performed on the home are in line with preserving the integrity <br />of the structure. The home is of frame and stucco construction with clapboard cladding on the <br />entire exterior of the home. A security door has been added. <br /> <br />5. 331 W 18th St. APN: 002-152-16 Contributive 1923 <br />Architect / Builder: Unknown Original Owner: James Brown <br />This is a Craftsman style bungalow that retains its original windows. It exhibits a cross gabled <br />roofline with columns supporting the portico. A security door has been added.
