Benton Way APN: 002-133-26 Contributive 1960 <br />Architect / Builder: Roy Russell Original Owner: Abraham Turk <br /> This single-story, L Shaped ranch style home was completed July 14, 1960. It has an attached <br />garage with brick façade and construction is in the Modernist style. Details include appropriate <br />decoration. The roof is hipped with shingled and an unknown material. There have been no <br />alterations to this home. <br /> <br /> 39. 2315 N Benton Way APN: 002-133-25 Contributive 1925 <br />Builder: Kidder and Shipp Original Owner: Jess Goodman <br /> The Goodman House is a single-story Spanish Revival styled residence. It is clad in stucco <br />and topped with ā€œSā€ shaped clay tile on the pitched roof areas, the flat roof being covered with <br />rolled roofing. The house is ā€œLā€ shaped with a tower feature at the intersect. The tower provides <br />a cover for the entryway into the home. Wing walls connect two bays at the front creating a <br />small courtyard. Windows are primarily wood casement, but also include single-hung six-over- <br />six. A detached garage with a flat roof sits to the rear of the property with a Hollywood Drive <br />leading to this structure. <br /> <br /> 40. 2319 N. Benton Way APN: 002-133-20 Non-Contributive 1926 <br />Builders: Honey, Herzig and Farney Original Owner: Hayward T. Richards <br /> This two-story English Tudor style home with a detached garage has a highly pitched roof, <br />common for homes in this style. The roof is a composition shingle, and the exterior cladding of <br />the home is textured stucco. This home has had a second story added to it in its history with vinyl <br />fenestration.
