Benton Way APN: 002-133-23 Non-Contributive 1925 <br />Builder and Original Owner: Charles W. Holcombe <br /> This single-story home is of frame construction and is shingled roof with a high pitch in the <br />Tudor or Norman style. It has undergone recent exterior renovations (replacing shingle siding <br />with stucco and fenestration changeout) which significantly alters the home’s architectural <br />integrity. <br /> <br /> 44. 2337 N. Benton Way APN: 002-133-24 Contributive ~1932 <br />Builder: Arthur S. Morris Original Owner: T.J. Jones <br /> This is a single-story frame and stucco home in the Southwestern Style. The roof is flat and <br />tiled and the exterior of the home is clad with textured stucco; all decorations are appropriate. <br />There were alterations within the interior of the home in 1934 and French doors were added in <br />1981 at the rear elevation of the property. <br /> <br />Bonnie Brae <br /> <br /> 45. 2309 Bonnie Brae APN:002-122-19 Contributive 1924 <br />Builder: Roy Russell Original Owner: Christopher B. Diehl <br /> This one-story frame and stucco home in the Tudor revival style exhibits a brick-work façade <br />at the entry and original windows. All decorations are appropriate. The home also exhibits a <br />high-pitched, shingled roof. <br /> <br /> 46. 2311 Bonnie Brae APN: 002-122-18 Contributive 1945 <br />Architect / Builder: Ed Lembke Original Owner: Mrs. Laura Carr <br /> This two-story, frame and stucco home, built late in 1945 is an example of Minimal- <br />Traditional with Craftsman elements. A high-pitched and cross-gabled roof with correct wood <br />decorations that are appropriate to the style. The front entryway has a brick façade with some slat <br />cladding in the upper portion under the eaves on the front elevation. <br /> <br /> 47. 2314 Bonnie Brae APN: 002-123-10 Contributive 1955 <br />Builder / Owner: R.J. Vigars <br /> This one-story example of a cross-gabled Ranch home is of frame construction and exhibits <br />wood cladding throughout. All decorations and ornaments to this home are appropriate.
