Docusign Envelope ID:EFBAE12B-2D33-4288-BDF3-3F19BEEB5A9F <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> provide Services specified herein in accordance with agreement requirements; CAL OSHA <br /> requirements; appropriate manufacture specifications; all applicable technical bulletins, <br /> trade, federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, including, but not <br /> limited to laws applicable to the Services at the time Services are provided to and accepted <br /> by the City. <br /> Contractor shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal safety requirements. <br /> All permits and fees required by all other agencies having jurisdiction over any part of the <br /> work shall be obtained and paid for by the Contractor. <br /> Contractor shall be solely responsible for the fees associated with obtaining and/or <br /> maintaining required licenses and all other appropriate licenses and certifications. <br /> Contractor shall submit current copies of all applicable licenses and certifications to the City <br /> at time of bid submittal and be responsible for maintaining current copies on file if awarded <br /> an agreement. <br /> Contractor's License: In accordance with California Public Contracting Code § 3300, the <br /> City requires Contractors to possess a valid C10 -, Electrical Contractor's License <br /> and or California Class B —General Contractor's License at the time proposals <br /> are submitted and to maintain this and all other applicable licenses and <br /> certifications required to perform the work specified herein. <br /> All permits and fees required by all other Agencies having jurisdiction over any part of the <br /> work shall be obtained and paid for by the Contractor. <br /> C. Contractor must demonstrate it has the appropriate knowledge, experience, organizational <br /> ability, and skill to expand City's system including, but not limited to new camera additions, <br /> servers, radio links, integration into multiple software systems, etc. <br /> III. INITIAL ASSESSMENT <br /> Upon execution of a contract, Contractor shall conduct a thorough assessment and inventory of <br /> the entire system and document its findings to the City in a formal document, which must include <br /> the following at minimum: <br /> A. A compiled list of every camera joined to the City's Public Safety Video Surveillance System; <br /> B, Camera list must include: <br /> 1. Camera manufacturer and model number <br /> 2, Approximate age (exact if known by in-service date) <br /> 3. IP & MAC addresses <br /> 4. Resolution type <br /> 5. Camera type (wireless/analog/digital) <br /> 6. Location of physical camera; including the IP & MAC address (if applicable) <br /> • Ensure consistent camera nomenclature (name) throughout, based on input <br /> and direction from City Project Manager; <br /> C. List of every system switch, server, and radio to include: <br /> 1. Manufacturer and model number of each system switch, server, and radio <br /> 2.
