Use caution when opening attachments or links. <br />Dear Mayor and Members of the City Council, <br />I am writing to express Travel Santa Ana's support for Agenda Item 16 and the proposed agreement with <br />DTSA Services for the Downtown Santa Ana Clean & Safe Program. <br />Downtown Santa Ana is often the first impression visitors have of our city —especially those attending festivals <br />and our cultural events. A clean, safe, and welcoming environment is essential to ensuring those visitors have <br />a positive experience and want to return. <br />DTSA Services provides critical Clean & Safe services that help ensure Downtown Santa Ana is inviting and <br />well -maintained for visitors, residents, employees, and business owners alike. These efforts are especially <br />important during events, when increased foot traffic highlights the need for visible cleanliness, safety, and <br />hospitality.
