Use caution when opening attachments or links. <br />Mayor and Members of the City Council, <br />My name is Skyler Bellanger, and I have worked in Downtown Santa Ana for more than a decade. I am writing <br />to express my strong support for the Downtown Santa Ana Clean & Safe Program and for Jose Romo's <br />leadership of this important initiative. <br />From my first interaction with Jose, it was clear that he has a genuine commitment to the well-being of <br />Downtown Santa Ana. He and his team maintain a consistent and visible presence in the district, helping ensure <br />the area remains clean, safe, and welcoming for businesses, residents, and visitors alike. Just as importantly, <br />Jose is highly responsive —when concerns arise, they are often addressed promptly and effectively. <br />Based on my experience, members of the downtown community regularly turn to Jose not only for Clean & <br />Safe matters, but for a wide range of related concerns. He is approachable, dependable, and follows through on <br />what he commits to. Over time, he has earned the trust and respect of the community through his <br />professionalism, reliability, and sincere dedication to the district. <br />The Downtown Santa Ana Clean & Safe Program delivers real, measurable value, and Jose's leadership plays a <br />key role in its success.
