The wori, of said Project oetween Gisler and Delhi Road will <br /> 20 consist of construetine anproxinately 3 Ales ot earte channel, re- <br /> 21 inferred concrete culverts at street crossing, and two railroad bridges. <br /> 22 Obligation of District when constructing reinforced concrete <br /> 23 culverts at street crossing is to construct a 40-foot culvert at <br /> 24 Delhi Road. <br /> 25 City desires that the culvert be constructed to ultimate length <br /> 26 which would be a 104-foot culvert. <br /> 27 The best interests of the parties hereto will be served b.), <br /> 28 constractin„ saLd e'alvert in accordance with the desire of City, and <br /> 29 by apportioninE, costs of i;he construction of said culvert between <br /> 30 District and City. <br /> 31 NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits, <br /> 32 covenants, and :-.:)..Lations herein contained, both parties hereto agree <br /> -I- <br />
