Refer to 1990 FEISIEIR Mitigation Measures H-1 through H 3 <br />and H-5 through H-1. <br />Mitigation Measures: No additional new mitigation measures are required. <br />e) Create objectionable odors affecting a substantial number ofpeople? <br />Construction activities associated with the proposed Project may generate detectable odors from heavy-duty <br />construction equipment and exhaust- Odors associated with diesel and gasoline fumes are transitory in nature and <br />would not create objectionable odors affecting a substantial number of people. The impacts from these odors would <br />be short-term, would cease upon Project completion, and are not anticipated to be significant. Implementation of the <br />proposed Projectwould not result in greater impacts than previously analyzed in the 1990 FEIS/EIR. <br />Certified 1990 FEIS/EIR Mitigation Measures: No 1990 FEISIEIR mitigation measures are applicable. <br />Mitigation Measures: No additional new mitigation measures are required. <br />3.4 BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES <br />This section corresponds with the 1990 FEISIEIR, Section IV, Environmental Consequences and A&igation <br />Measures, Subsection E, Sirecmabed Alociifacation. <br />Would the project: <br />uV Have a substantial adverse effecX. either dwettiy or through habitat modifications, on any species <br />idenWf led as a candidate, sensitive, or special status species in local or regional plans, policies, or <br />regulations, or by the California Department of Fish and Game or U.S Fish and Wr7dife Service? <br />The Project site is located within a highly -urbanized area within the City of Santa Ana. No sensitive natural habitat <br />or special -status species exist on or in the vicinity of the proposed Project Implementation of the proposed Project <br />would not result in greater impacts than previously analyzed in the 1990 FEIS/EIR. <br />Certified 1990 FEISlEIR Mitigation Measures: No 1990 FEIS/EIR mitigation measures are applicable. <br />Mitigation Measures: No additional mitigation measures are required. <br />b) Have a substantial adverse effect on any riparian habitat or other sensitive natriral community <br />identf led in local or regional plans, policies, regul&ons or by the California Department of Fish <br />and Game or US Fish and Wildlife Service? <br />Refer to Response 3.4(a). No riparian habitat or other sensitive natural communities are identified in the Project <br />vicinity.
