Furthermore, the proposed Project would only require limited depths of excavations (maximum depth of 10 feet). Although the majority of excavation is anticipated to occur in non-native fill materials, should unknown potential historical resources be uncovered, implementation of mitigation measure T-1 in the previously approved 1990 FEISIEIR would reduce irnp acts to less than significant levels.
