ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ADDENDUM
Bristol Street and Memory Lane Intersection Improvements — Project No. 17-E883
to Substantially alter the exisMW drainage pattern of the site or area bw a ft borough the alteration.
of doe course of a stream or river, or substantially increase the rate or amouni of surface rungjyIn a
manner that would result in,)'looding on- or off -site?
Currently, the Project site only includes curb and no catch basin is present. As a result, seasonal ponding does occur
along this portion of Bristol Street The proposed Project would result in a nominal increase in impervious ground
surfaces. However, development of the Project would result in the relocation of the existing curb features at the
Project site. Thus, implementation of the proposed Projectwould not result in a substantial increase compared to the
existing condition. Further, Project development -may include extension of the existing storm water pipeline system
(located on the eastern side of Bristol Street) through a new lateral connection and new catch basin at the Project
site. These improvements, if constructed, would result in a reduction of existing flooding and would be a beneficial
impact. Thus, impacts would not be greater than previously analyzed in the 1990 FEIS/EIR.
Certified 1990 FEIS/EIR Mitigation Measures: No 1990 FEISMIR mitigation measures are applicable
Mitigation Measures: No additional mitigation measures are requited.
e) Greate or conbibute runoff water which would exceed the capacity of existing or planned storm
water drainage systems or provide substantial additional sources o f pollrated runq,o"?
Refer to Response 3.9(a). Impacts would not be greater than previously analyzed in the 1990 FEIS/EIR.
Certified 1990 FEIS/EIR Mitigation Measures: No 1990 FEIS/EIR mitigation measures are applicable.
Mitigation Measures: No additional mitigation measures are required.
f) Otherwise subsiandally degrade water quality?
Refer to Response 3.9(a). Therefore, no impact would result from the proposed Project in this regard. Impacts would not be
greater than previously analyzed in the 1990 FEIS/EIR.
Certified 1990 FEIS/EIR Mitigation Measures: No 1990 FEIS/EIR mitigation measures are applicable:
Mitigation Measures: No additional mitigation measures are required.
h) 17we within a 100yearflood hazard areas&uetures which would impede or redireetflood flows?
Refer to Response 3.9(g).
