The proposed Project would not conflict with any habitat conservation plan or natural <br />community. No impact is anticipated. Impacts would not be greater than that previously analyzed in the 1990 <br />FEISIEIR. <br />Certified 1990 FEISIEIR Mitigation Measures: No 1990 FEISIEIR mitigation measures are applicably <br />Mitigation Measures: No additional mitigation measures are required. <br />3.11 MINERAL RESOURCES <br />This section corresponds with the 1990 FEISIEIR, Section IV, Environmental Consequences and AAtigation <br />Measures, Subsection W, Consumption of Renewable and Non -Renewable Resources. <br />Would the project: <br />Result in the loss of avaUabr7ity of a known mineral resource of value to the region and the residents <br />of the state? <br />The Project site is currently developed and does not contain any areas that are utilized for the extraction of ruineraI <br />resources. Furthermore, the proposed Project would not involve excavation that would likely identify previously <br />unidentified mineral resources. No impact to mineral resources would result from the proposed Project. Impacts <br />would not be greater than that previously analyzed in the 1990 FEISIE(R. <br />Certified 1990 FEISIEIR Mitigation Measures: No 1990 FEIS/EIR mitigation measures are applicable; <br />Mitigation Measures: No additional mitigation measures are required. <br />h) Result in the loss of availability of a locally -important mineral resource recovery site delineated on a <br />loealgeneral plan, spec frc plan or other land use plan.? <br />The Project site is currently developed and is not delineated as a mineral resources recovery site by the City's <br />General Plan. Implementation of the proposed Project: would have no impact on the mineral resources and no <br />mitigation measures are necessary.
