ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ADDENDUM <br />Bristol Street and Memory Lane Intersection Improvements — Project No. 17-E883 <br />Certified 1990 FEISIEIR Mitigation Measures- No 1990 FEISIEIR mitigation measures are applicablew <br />Mitigation Measures: No additional mitigation measures are required. <br />c) A substantial permanent increase in ambient noise levels in the project vicinity above levels existing <br />wvUhaut the project? <br />Refer to Responses 3.12(a) and 3.12(b). Impacts would not be greater than that previously analyzed in the 1990 <br />FEISIEIR. <br />Certified 1990 FEISIEIR Mitigation Measures: No 1990 FEISIEIR mitigation treasures are applicable <br />Mitigation Measures: No new additional mitigation measures are required. <br />A substantial temporary or periodic increase m ambient noise levels in the project vicinity above <br />levels existing ntitithout the project? <br />Refer to Response 3.12(a), for discussion regarding temporary noise impacts associated with Project construction. <br />Impacts would not be greater than that previously analyzed in the 1990 FEIS/IM <br />Certified 1990 FEISIEIR Mitigation Measures: Refer to 1990 FEISIEIR Mitigation Measures I-1 through I-6. <br />Mitigation Measures: No new additional mitigation measures are required. <br />e) For a project located within an airport land use plan or, where ,such a plan has not been adopted <br />n t & two miles of a public airpoa or public use asrpos4 would the project expose people residing or <br />",orking in the project area to excessive noise levels? <br />The Project site is not located within an airport land use plan. The nearest airport is the John Wayne — Orange <br />County Airport, located approximately 5.9 miles from the proposed Project. No impacts would occur. Impacts <br />would not be greater than that previously analyzed in the 1990 FEISIEIR. <br />Certified 1990 FEISIEIR Mitigation Measures: No 1990 FEISIEIR mitigation measures are applicable: <br />Mitigation Measures: No new additional mitigation measures are required. <br />0 For a project wiWd a the vicisa* of a private airstr4y. wvauld the project expose people residing or <br />workWg in the project area to excessive noise levels? <br />Refer to Response 3.12(e). The proposed Project is not located within the vicinity of a private airstrip.
