The amount of the maintenance and support <br />renewal is $81,329, which represents a 0.82% increase from last year. <br />The agreement also includes an optional not -to -exceed amount of $20,000 to engage <br />with NEOGOV for emergency professional services, if needed. Professional services <br />are sometimes required for advanced troubleshooting or with assistance in complicated <br />configuration changes required for payroll changes to ensure that employee payroll is <br />calculated accurately and on time. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funding is available in the current FY 2025-26 budget. Future fiscal year funding will be <br />included in the proposed budgets for City Council consideration.
