<br />1921 W. Washington Ave. Habitat for Humanity <br />Habitat for Humanity of Orange County was awarded $2.2 million in Inclusionary Housing <br />Funds to construct three residential buildings that would provide six affordable for sale <br />housing units on a vacant lot formerly improved with two duplexes. All six units will contain <br />three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and an attached two-car garage. All units will <br />be sold to families who earn up to 80% of the area median income (AMI). Building permits <br />for the project were issued on September 30, 2025. All six program families have been <br />selected and have started their sweat equity hours, which Habitat for Humanity uses in- <br />lieu of a cash down payment. <br /> <br />»Above: Street View 1921 W.
