RESOLUTION NO. 2026-002 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO AMEND THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 (FY25-26) ANNUAL BUDGET TO ADJUST FULL-TIME POSITIONS IN THE FINANCE & MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGENCY, LIBRARY SERVICES, THE PLANNING AND BUILDING AGENCY, AND THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY, INCLUDING ADDITIONS, REALLOCATIONS, AND/OR DELETIONS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council hereby finds, determines, and declares as follows: & On June 17, 2025, the City Council passed and adopted Ordinance NS-3083, establishing the City's Budget for FY25-26 and authorizing position allocations for that fiscal year. The ordinance also requires that any changes to the allocations of authorized positions be reviewed and approved by the City Council. B. The Executive Director of the Finance and Management Services Agency requests to add one (1) Customer Service Representative. C. The Library Services Director requests to add one (1) Library Technician and to reallocate one (1) Library Services Assistant to one (1) Supervising Library Services Assistant. D. The Executive Director of the Planning and Building Agency requests to reallocate one (1) Code Enforcement Officer to one (1) Code Enforcement Supervisor. E. The Executive Director of the Public Works Agency requests to delete one (1) Management Aide and one (1) Management Analyst. Section 2.
