EXHIBIT B <br />Cnwealth <br />- LAND T;TLE COMPANY <br />ESCROW SERVICES: <br />Commonwealth will provide all related escrow services based on instruction from all parties and <br />following an executed purchase and sate agreement. <br />(1) Acceptance of documents and funds for use in the respective escrow <br />(2) Disseminating documents for signature from the parties <br />(3) Accepting demands <br />(4) Recording documents <br />(5) Disbursements of funds and furnishing closing statements to both parties. <br />We will provide within two (2) business days of closing date, a copy of the conformed Grant Deed; <br />conformed copy of any recorded document; original pen copies of exhibits to Purchase and Sate <br />Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions; final closing statement; invoice for payment, if <br />applicable; refund checks; and checks to applicable County Tax Collector. <br />4400 MacArthur Blvd, Suite 900 Newport Beach, CA 92660 <br />
