Its <br />permits were processed using staff funded by Measure X <br />The South Coast Technology Center transformed an <br />obsolete office park into o 313,000-sq. ft. modern <br />industrial campus for manufacturing, research and <br />development, and other jobs -rich employment. its perinits <br />were processed using staff funded by Measure X <br />Major Measure X Building Division Permit Projects <br />The Row at Whiff transformed a vacant industrial <br />office campus into 7,100 luxury apartment units and <br />80,000 sq. ft. of leasable commercial retail space. Its <br />permits were processed using staff funded by Measure X <br />Central Pointe, tâ–ºnder construction, will transform a <br />vacant 8-acre site into a vibrant 644-unit luxury <br />apartment community with 75,000 sq. ft. of leasable <br />commercial retail space.
