Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to apply for up to $1.42 million <br />in grant funding from the State of California Department of Housing and <br />Community Development (HCD) Prohousing Incentive Program. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-007 entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR, <br />AND RECEIPT OF, PROHOUSING INCENTIVE PROGRAM FUNDS <br /> <br />2.
