Golf Course Equipment <br />April 7, 2026 <br />Page 2 <br />that the majority of the equipment will remain operational for several additional years <br />before phased replacement becomes necessary. <br />While portions of the fleet may require phased replacement over time, the purchase price <br />remains significantly below conservative market resale value and well below the <br />estimated cost of replacing the fleet with new equipment.
