Please refer to <br /> the terms of the schedule. <br /> 7 Methodology for Providing Services <br /> GigaKOM proposes the following phased approach for new component integration into your <br /> network. With this approach, GigaKOM will define the activities needed to successfully deploy and <br /> operate the new system(s) and optimize performance during the solution's lifecycle. <br /> Phase approach includes: <br /> 1. Preparation and Response Phase <br /> 2. Assessment Phase <br /> 3. Implementation Phase <br /> 4. Operation and Optimization Phase <br /> Delivery Timetable: <br /> - Hardware-within 14 business days from the Client's PO <br /> - Installation — based on the Client's schedule. <br /> In the Preparation and Response Phase, GigaKOM will respond to the client's solution request <br /> based on the requirements specified and propose a High-Level Design and product to address the <br /> client's needs. <br /> The Assessment Phase will determine if the existing system infrastructure, sites, and operational <br /> environment can support its proposed system. <br /> During the Implementation Phase, GigaKOM will install the new technology into the client's <br /> network, ensuring it is integrated without disrupting or creating vulnerable points. <br /> During the Operation and Optimization Phase, GigaKOM will ensure that the newly implemented <br /> solution is operating efficiently and is highly available. GigaKOM, at the client's request, will <br /> propose a maintenance support structure to help ensure that the client's networks are operating at <br /> peak performance, resolve problems quickly as they arise, and adapt the architecture, operation, <br /> and performance of the network to change. <br /> Preparation and Response Phase: <br /> In this phase,GigaKOM will analyze client needs and identify and confirm the product in High-Level <br /> Design Development. Next, we will list all necessary parts numbers and any additional hardware <br /> that will be needed to deliver the solution.
