In addition, the client will identify physical, <br /> environmental,and electrical modifications that should be made prior to implementation. <br /> There are three activities associated with the site readiness assessment service component. <br /> • Prepare for a site readiness assessment <br /> • Conduct a facility site(s) survey <br /> • Perform a site assessment gap analysis. <br /> The site readiness assessment service component assesses the ability of the client's site <br /> facilities to accommodate the new technology system, After completing the site survey,you <br /> will identify gaps in site requirements specifications. <br /> Network Readiness Assessment: GigaKOM will prepare for your solution deployment by <br /> assessing the readiness of your existing network infrastructure and determining any <br /> modifications that should be made prior to implementation.The modifications could include <br /> physical and logical configurations, solution capacity, quality of service (QoS), solution <br /> resiliency, security, and integration with existing legacy platforms. The network readiness <br /> assessment service component assesses the client's existing network infrastructure and <br /> applications to verify its ability to support the proposed technology system.This service also <br /> analyzes the physical and logical configuration of the network. In addition, it analyzes <br /> network design issues,such as scalability,Quality of Service,network resiliency and security, <br /> and the potential effects of integrating the proposed system with existing infrastructure. <br /> Operations Readiness Assessment: GigaKOM will prepare for your technology solution <br /> deployment with a comprehensive assessment that evaluates the readiness of the people, <br /> processes, and tools in your current operations and network management infrastructure for <br /> both voice and data to support the new solution. The operations readiness assessment <br /> service component assesses the current state of clients' operations and network <br /> management infrastructure, including people, processes, and tools, to identify issues and <br /> opportunities for improvement. <br /> In addition, the operations readiness assessment identifies issues pertinent to defining, <br /> monitoring, and maintaining the proposed system service-level requirements, which are <br /> measured through availability, capacity, and security metrics.
