Preliminary indications suggested that Samuel committed suicide in his cell this morning through self- <br />inflicted hanging. <br />Correctional Supervisor Monreal then concluded the briefing. I was assigned to conduct canvassing <br />interviews of inmates within the Module with Santa Ana Police Department Detective Corporal D. Padron <br />#2936 and Orange County District Attorney¶s Office Special Assignments Investigator Carlos Gonzalez. <br />1435 hours: <br />Santa Ana Jail Correctional Officer D. Godinez #3694 was assigned to complete a crime scene log.
