EXHIBIT 2 <br /> Santa Ana Blvd. Grade Separation <br /> HAZ-2 Perform a comprehensive survey for asbestos-containing materials, lead-based <br /> paint, PCBs and mercury switches during the final design phase at the buildings proposed <br /> for acquisition. <br /> HAZ-3 Subsurface investigations are deemed to be unnecessary on Temporary <br /> Construction Easement parcels.
