For AWSC,the average delay is calculated whereas for TWSC,the <br /> delay of the worst approach is calculated. <br /> As shown in Table 6-1, all study area intersections are forecast to continue to operate at <br /> acceptable LOS (only minor increases to ICU and delay from existing conditions) under <br /> Opening Year (2016) conditions with the exception of: <br /> • Fuller Street/Santa Ana Boulevard: LOS F in both the AM and PM peak hours <br /> It should be noted that this location was previously determined to operate with <br /> unacceptable conditions under Existing conditions, and still does not meet the peak hour <br /> warrant for a traffic signal (Warrant 3, Peak Hour, CA MUTCD, 2009) under both Existing <br /> and Opening Year (2016) conditions, as shown in Appendix C. <br /> Traffic/Circulation Study—Final May 18,2012 <br />
