Appropriate notice and signage would <br /> be provided so as to discourage any traffic diversion to this location. Grand Avenue does <br /> not represent a significant alternative route as it is anticipated that vehicles would exit at <br /> either 17th Street or First-Fourth Street to avoid Santa Ana Boulevard. <br /> 11 .0 TRAIN CROSSING DELAY AND SAFETY <br /> ANALYSIS <br /> This section of the report presents the grade crossing blockage time, delay, and safety <br /> analysis for the Santa Ana Boulevard grade crossing under existing (2011), Opening Year <br /> (2016), and Future Year (2035) no project conditions.
