The routine sounding of train horns at crossings will be restricted within the quiet <br /> zone. <br /> The following sections describe contents required to be included in the Notice of Quiet Zone Establishment <br /> under 49 CFR §222.43(d). <br /> SECTION 1 —AFFECTED HIGHWAY-RAIL CROSSINGS <br /> Two (2) existing public highway-rail at-grade crossings are located within the proposed quiet zone as indicated <br /> in Table 1. All crossings are located within the City of Santa Ana in Orange County, CA. All affected streets <br /> are under the jurisdiction of the City of Santa Ana.
