2. Direct the City Manager to negotiate a Memorandum of Understanding with <br /> Republic Services to memorialize an agreement between Republic Services <br /> and the City to address the subsidization of the County of Orange, Orange <br /> County Waste & Recycling landfill tonnage disposal rate increases for Fiscal <br /> Year 2026-27 (Agreement No A-2026-050). <br /> 3.
