The interview took place in a second floor interview <br />room at the Santa Ana Police Department. Present during the interview was detective LEO <br />RODRIGUEZ of the Santa Ana Police Department. The interview was audio digitally recorded. <br /> lived at , which is the upstairs apartment on the north <br />end of the building. Her bedroom window was on the east side of the building at the north end <br />and overlooked the west side and driveway of 506 East Washington Avenue. <br />Sometime after 2300 hours, heard loud voices from the area below her window. <br />She recognized the voices as male and female, but could not tell what they were saying.
