They had come over to visit . Approximately 40 minutes <br />later, LEON, left to go home. Approximately five minutes after leaving, <br />they returned to the apartment, and LEON and were arguing. LEON wanted to <br />continue fighting and arguing with while , and tried to calm <br />him down. <br /> Eventually, were able to force LEON out of the apartment. <br /> said LEON was very persistent in trying to come back into the apartment to continue <br />fighting with . had to use some force to keep LEON from going <br />back into the apartment, but they were able to get him down the stairs and away from the <br />front door. <br /> After getting LEON downstairs, went into the backyard to smoke a cigarette. <br />He saw LEON walk toward the street, but he did not see where went. A few minutes <br />later, he heard LEON banging on the front door and window of the apartment. saw <br />that LEON had gone back up the stairs and was banging on the door, trying to get into the <br />apartment. saw LEON bang on the window next to the front door, and then the <br />window broke. After the window broke, LEON quickly walked back down the stairs and went <br />toward the street.
