REYNOSO Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 01/05/13 Date:01/08/13 <br />Page 2 of 11 <br /> I spoke to , who was a Spanish speaker. told me she <br />was in her residence asleep, when she was awakened by sirens. did not hear or <br />witness the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> I spoke to who told me she was asleep in her residence and did <br />not hear or witness the shooting incident. <br /> 6 YEARS OLD NOT INTERVIEWED <br /> 9 YEARS OLD NOT INTERVIEWED <br /> 11 YEARS OLD NOT INTERVIEWED <br /> <br /> <br /> I spoke to , who told me she was in her residence when <br />she heard a male and female arguing outside of her residence also heard a child <br />outside with the adults. heard a female yell in Spanish, “Shut-up, shut-up, it is <br />better if you leave him.” stepped out of her residence, onto her doorstep, and <br />could still hear the arguing in Spanish, but could not see anyone. was on her <br />doorstep for a short time. went back into her residence and called the Santa <br />Ana Police Department to report the incident. called the non-emergency <br />telephone line at the Santa Ana Police Department and asked to remain anonymous, when the <br />police dispatcher asked for her name. then heard three gunshots. <br /> did not hear any screaming or shouting before the shooting incident. <br />
