At <br />approximately 0000 hours, awoke to noise outside his residence. looked east out his <br />residence window and observed uniformed police officers across the street. He did not see or hear any <br />part of the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> <br /> On December 15, 2012, at approximately 2330 hours, went to bed for the evening. At <br />approximately 0000 hours, heard two to three gunshots fired in rapid succession. <br />then heard an unknown male yell, “Stop!” approximately three times in English, after the gunshots. <br /> walked outside his residence and observed an unknown male lying in the parking lot, across
