The officers told the <br />subject, “Don’t Move!” <br /> <br /> <br /> was asleep at the time of the shooting incident and did not see or hear anything <br />related to the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> On December 15, 2012, at approximately 2300 hours, heard sirens and then he <br />observed police activity outside. He did not see or hear any part of the shooting incident. <br /> <br />
