Present during the interview <br />was detective LEO RODRIGUEZ of the Santa Ana Police Department. <br /> rented the couch in the living room at Santa <br />Ana. He said that on the night of the shooting incident, LEON was causing a problem inside the <br />apartment and was asked to leave. When he wouldn’t leave the apartment, escorted <br />LEON out of the apartment and LEON’s mother locked the door behind them. Out of <br />frustration, LEON broke the window next to the front door. told LEON to leave before <br />someone called the cops. <br /> and LEON went downstairs and LEON went northbound on the driveway as if to <br />leave. started back up the stairs when LEON ran back into the yard and yelled “fucken <br />cops…”!
