In the.event that any part of the f <br /> application and any approved modification and addition thereto Is untrue, incorrect, E <br /> Incomplete, or misleading In such a manner that would substantially affect Agency � <br /> approval, disbursement, or monitoring of the funding and the grants or activities <br /> governed by this Agreement, then Agency may declare a breach of this Agreement <br /> and tame such action:or pursue such remedies as are legally available. <br /> 4. &POEU1191902 <br /> A. Annual Deport Deadlines <br /> By January 1, 2021, and annually on that date thereafter until all funds have been <br /> expended, the Grantee shall submit an annual report to Agency In a format provided a <br /> by Agency. If the Grantee falls to provide such documentation,Agency may recapture <br /> any portion of the amount authorized by this Agreement with a 14-day written <br /> notification. No later then January 1, 2026, the Grantee shall submit a final report, In i <br /> a format provided by Agency, as well as a detailed explanation of all uses of the <br /> Program funds. <br /> B.
