The Grantee shall submit an updated funding plan with <br /> the annual :report that revises arid reports all actual and projected expenditures of <br /> HHAP-2 funds. <br /> a) Budget Changes <br /> i} Changes may be made to the timing (e.g., fiscal year)of eligible use <br /> expenditures without prior approval by the Agenoy so long as the total <br /> expenditures (actual and projected) for each eligible use:category remain the <br /> same as described In the expenditure plan approved with <br /> the .grantee's application:. <br /> 1ij Any decrease or increase.to the total expenditures for <br /> any eligible use category must otherwise be approved Myths Counell's, <br /> HHiAP-2 Grant Manager or his/her designee, in wrlt%ng, before <br /> the Grantee may expend H:HAP-2 funds accordln.g to an alternative <br /> expenditure plan.
