While <br /> the City is not a member agency of MWDOC, the City developed this Plan in conjunction with other <br /> regionally consistent efforts such as population projections from the Center for Demographic Research at <br /> California State University, Fullerton (CDR), and the Orange County Water Deland Projection Model <br /> Technical Memorandum. <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />
