EXHIBIT 1 <br /> Insight:IISO <br /> Gooale Cloud Platform Order Form Agreement <br /> Customer Name: Customer Acct. # <br /> Address: Customer Contact: <br /> State/Fed Contract: Domain: <br /> This Order Form ("Agreement") governs access to and use by the customer named above, on behalf of <br /> itself and its affiliates, successors, customers, and end users (collectively, the"Customer", "You"or <br /> "Your") of the Google Cloud Platform Services supplied by Google, LLC (the"Supplier"or"Google") <br /> and provisioned through Insight Public Sector, Inc. ("Insight"). The individual accepting this <br /> Agreement on behalf of Customer represents and warrants that he or she: (i) has full legal authority <br /> to bind Customer to this Agreement; (ii) has read and understands this Agreement; and (iii) agrees to <br /> the Agreement on behalf of Customer. If you do not have the legal authority to bind Customer, please <br /> do not accept this Agreement, or provision or use any Services. <br /> 1. Definitions. <br /> 1.1. "Acceptable Use Policy" or "AUP" means Supplier's acceptable use policy set forth for the <br /> Services, found at https://cloud.google.com/terms/aup as modified from time to time. <br /> 1.2. "Anthos Products" means the subset of Google Cloud Platform Services described in the <br /> Google Cloud Platform suite of services listed here: <br /> https://cloud.goocile.com/terms/services as modified from time to time, and made <br /> available to End User through Insight as a reseller. <br /> 1.3. "Application(s)" means any web or other application Customer creates using the Google <br /> Cloud Platform Services, including any source code written by Customer to be used with <br /> the Services or hosted in an Instance. <br /> 1.4. "Committed Purchase(s)" have the meaning set forth in the Service Specific Terms. <br /> 1.5. "Content" means any content you upload to the Services under your account or otherwise <br /> transfer, process, use, or store in connection with your account. <br /> 1.6. "Customer Data" means content provided, transmitted, or displayed via the Google Cloud <br /> Platform Services by Customer, but excluding any data provided as part of the Customer's <br /> Google account (either gmail.com address or an email address provided under the "Google <br /> Apps" product line). <br /> 1.7. "Google Cloud Platform Services" means Google's Cloud Platform suite of services listed <br /> here: https://cloud.google.com/terms/services as modified from time to time, and made <br /> available to End User through Insight as a reseller. <br /> 1.8. "Google TOS" means the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service at <br /> https://cloud.goocile.com/terms/. <br /> 1.9. "High Risk Activities" means uses such as the operation of nuclear facilities, air traffic <br /> control, or life support systems, where the use or failure of the Services could lead to <br /> death, personal injury, or environmental damage. <br /> 1.10. "Instance" means a virtual machine instance, configured and managed by Customer, <br /> which runs on the Google Cloud Platform Services. <br /> 1.11. "Intellectual Property Rights" means current and future worldwide rights under patent law, <br /> copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, moral rights law, and other similar rights. <br /> Rev. 03/22Q 1 <br />
