Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Ocean <br /> Blue Environmental Services, Inc. to provide Spill Response, Hazardous Waste <br /> Disposal, and Storm Drain Facility Maintenance Services for an annual amount <br /> not to exceed $550,000 for a one-year term beginning June 2, 2026, and expiring <br /> on June 1, 2027, with provisions for four (4) one-year extensions for a total <br /> amount of$2,750,000 (Agreement No. A-2026-XXX). <br /> 2.
